Tiger Woods said his Jupiter Joins team’s win over individual co-owner Rory McIlroy’s Boston Common side conveyed “what we imagined” in Tomorrow’s Golf Alliance (TGL).
Jupiter Joins triumphed in additional time, winning a nearest-the-pin decider after the groups had wrapped up level at 3-3 within the juvenile indoor league’s most competitive coordinate to date.
Adam Scott holed a 31-foot birdie putt to win the 14th gap for Boston and level the coordinate, but Tom Kim and Kevin Kisner won their nearest-the-pin shootouts to clinch triumph for Jupiter Joins.
Kim, who had prior holed three weight putts to split gaps, came near to holing his shot at the additional gap.
Woods, who caused a punishment stroke as he took as well long over an eight-foot birdie putt to split the 10th gap against McIlroy, was enchanted with what the coordinate created.
