4. Port Novo, Republic of Benin’s University of Applied Sciences and Management, or any of its other Nigerian campuses
5. The Akwa campus of Blacksmith University or one of its other campuses
6. Any of the university’s Nigerian sites or the Volta University College in Ghana’s Volta Region.
7. Any of the institution’s other campuses, including Royal University, Izhia, PO Box 800, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State
8. Anyigba, Kogi State, or any other campus of Atlanta University
9. Macotis campus of United Christian University, Imo State, or any of its other campuses
10. Any of the campuses of United Nigeria University College, located in Okija, Anambra State.
11. Any campus of Samuel Ahmadu University, whether in Makurdi, Benue State, or elsewhere
12. Ndoni, Rivers State, or any of its other campuses, UNESCO University
13. Any of the institution’s other campuses including the Saint Augustine’s University of Technology in Jos or Pleateu State
14. The International University’s campuses in Nigeria, including those in Missouri, Kano, and Lagos.

In addition to being shut down, the following degree mills are presently the subject of additional investigations and/or continuing legal proceedings. These proceedings are being taken in order to sue the owners and reclaim unlawful fees and charges made to subscribers.

Nasarawa State’s National University of Nigeria is at Keffi.
Otukpo’s North Central University. Benue State Richmond Open University, Arochukwu, Abia State Christ Alive Christian Seminary and University, Enugu.
Umuahia’s West Coast University.
Iyin Ekiti’s Saint Clements University and the Ekiti State Volta University College in the state of Abia.
Ambrose Alli University satellite campuses that are illegal.
Benin City, Edo State is home to L.I.F.E. Leadership University.
To be clear, anyone who uses these unlawful institutions or purchases any certificates from them does so at their own risk. The NYSC, employment, and additional academic requirements do not recognize certificates from these sources.

The pertinent law enforcement agencies have also been informed of the additional steps that must be taken.
